Tamil Amuthu 1, 2024 was a literary and award festival organized under the patronage of the Palan Charitable Trust, chaired by Dato' Seri A. Thaiveegan.

The literary festival turned out to be a delightful experience for both speakers of literature and those who enjoyed listening to literary discussions, as well as for those who appreciated literature. It became a grand feast for all lovers of the written word.

As per the words of the poet who said, “The wealth of knowledge is the greatest of all wealth,” attendees had the chance to listen to insightful literary talks.

The event featured special speeches by renowned Tamil Nadu motivational speaker IPS Kaliyamoorthy, famed orator Pandithurai, and former police commissioner Dato' Seri A. Thaiveegan.

The event was inaugurated by Tan Sri Dato Dr. R. Palan, the Vice-Chancellor of Cyberjaya University and advisor to the Palan Charitable Trust, who delivered the keynote address.

The event concluded with a closing address by the esteemed literary figure and well-known politician, the National Deputy President of MIC and Member of Parliament for Tapah, Dato' Seri Dr. M. Saravanan.

The event was offered free of charge to the general public and literary enthusiasts. Both breakfast and lunch were provided for free to all attendees.

In the fast-paced environment of modern life, such literary events proved essential for relaxation.

We were delighted to see so many literary enthusiasts join us for the event, which was held on Saturday, April 27th, at 8:30 AM at Cyberjaya University, Selangor.
